What we do here at Steph’s Cupz

-Custom handmade tumbler's (stainless steel & acrylic)

-Specializing in “Glow in the dark” tumblers

-All 3D tumblers are made with polymer clay and hand sculpted.

-Custom mirror and brush sets

Each item is handmade and as such may contain small imperfections. Please handle with care!!

Each tumbler comes with a lid and straw.

Current processing time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on customization and details of each item. (Not including shipping)

Shipping times vary based on where you are located. (US shipping only)

Shipping policy

Local shipping within the USA, flat rate $10. Free shipping on orders over $100

We do not offer money back returns or exchanges at this time. Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so imperfections are to accrue. Steph’s Cupz will ship to the address listed on the order form. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
